The Work
A mix of client projects and independent work that shows the range. Every project is different. The standard isn't.
Houston Menus: Restaurant Menu Finder
Houston Menus is a free restaurant menu finder for Houston, live now. Diners can filter by spice level, protein, price, dietary needs, cuisine, and neighborhood, so they find the dish they want before they pick the restaurant, then go straight to that restaurant's own menu.
A custom PHP and SQL site, built from scratch with no WordPress. Diners, restaurant owners, and I can all submit menus. A built-in scanner turns a menu into an editable online version. An interactive map runs on OpenStreetMap, and the whole thing is designed phone-first.
Live and free to use, with filters that go further than most menu sites.
Clark's Hardwood Lumber
A Houston institution since 1946, Clark's Hardwood needed a reliable technical partner to keep their website up to date, looking great, and ranking organically at the top of Google search results.
Ongoing website and content updates including SEO and AI search optimization, security, and keeping business information consistent.
A site that works as hard as the business does — current, secure, and one less thing to worry about.
The Red Lion Houston
A high-traffic local business that needed its entire digital presence owned, maintained, and accurate across every platform — always.
Website development and management, SEO, Google Business Profile and other business listings maintained across every major platform, always accurate and never something the client had to think about. Digital and print brand assets kept consistent across all relevant platforms.
A consistent, recognizable brand presence maintained through ownership changes, a global pandemic, and everything in between.
EWMedia Group
A long-running event and festival production company across Houston, Texas, Louisiana, and the Gulf Coast needed a site that could keep up with its operation — and a vendor application process that didn't require a fax machine.
Logo refresh and full custom WordPress theme build. Vendor applications moved from Word docs vendors printed and mailed to live online forms with auto-calculated pricing per event. Online payments added. Custom post type replaces an unreliable event calendar plugin, giving the client full control over event listings without depending on third-party software.
Upgraded a print-and-mail application process to a live online form that calculates vendor fees automatically and accepts online payments.

50K+ YouTube subscribers, 20K+ Instagram followers, a published book on Amazon — all organic, all built from scratch.
